Job Overview

At World Insurance Associates, LLC., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will support the Account Executive in managing a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Executive in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management goals.
  • Support in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance market, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct loss and claim analysis, providing detailed summaries and recommendations to clients.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
  • Two years minimum experience in commercial lines account management or support, with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
  • Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance, required.
  • Applied/EPIC or similar agency management software experience preferred.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen and problem-solve with minimal assistance.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
