Each year, we empower countless adults and children to transition from fear and abuse to safety and stability, transforming lives through a comprehensive array of services. Our wrap-around services assist survivors in rebuilding their lives post-abuse, while we actively work to eradicate gender violence through three pivotal strategies: direct services, outreach and training, and systems-change advocacy. • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with community organizations, employers, staffing agencies, and cooperative businesses to broaden the employment pipeline for EEP+ clients.
  • Oversee the EEP+ program while providing direct client services, including intake and assessment, job search and career counseling, resume and cover letter assistance, and ongoing case management.
  • Implement and monitor service plans tailored to meet the identified economic mobility needs of victims of gender-based violence.
  • Ensure that EEP meets or surpasses program goals and outcome requirements.
  • Work closely with other internal Sanctuary providers, including legal, clinical, and shelter staff, to ensure client stability and support.
  • Assist the Senior Director of EEP with additional duties or special projects as required.
