Blood Collection Specialist

At Synectics, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years of experience in a patient service center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
