Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized career plans for clients, focusing on job placement and retention.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients on resume development, job application skills, and interview preparation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses to create employment opportunities for clients.
  • Conduct on-site coaching and support to ensure clients' success and independence in their employment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with one year of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities, or an associate degree with two years of direct experience, or a high school diploma with four years of direct experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the community.
  • Monday – Friday, daytime hours availability (flexibility offered for part-time).
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation and organization.
