Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service quality. The Hotel Operations Manager will also be responsible for all online systems, strategic planning, budgeting, and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel staff and ensure excellent guest service
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hotel performance
  • Manage hotel budgets and financials
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests
  • Collaborate with virtual assistant to ensure seamless hotel operations


Requirements

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel management (2 year min)
  • Experience with Property Management Systems, Channel Management, Revenue Management. (2 year min)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Understanding of marketing and sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field encouraged, but not required with applicable experience.
