This position is responsible for providing administrative and office support for the Medical Staff department. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- One (1) year of general office/administrative experience
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some business courses or college education
- Computer competency for advanced Microsoft programs
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
