Position Overview

Company Overview: BCI Brands is a leading entity in the design, sourcing, and marketing of a diverse range of women's professional and casual apparel, including sportswear and dresses. Our products are distributed nationally and internationally under various brand names and private labels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with design teams to innovate and enhance seasonal print collections.
  • Digitally scan, refine, and re-color prints, ensuring accurate color matching and texture mapping.
  • Adjust print layouts to align with garment specifications for production.
  • Engage with overseas textile mills to discuss and refine artwork for production.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all artwork processed within the CAD department.
  • Analyze seasonal fashion trends and consumer responses to inform print development.
  • Create compelling print boards for showroom presentations.
  • Participate in Brand Concept and Strategy Meetings to support senior CAD artists.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-6 years of experience in women's fashion design.
  • Exceptional sense of color and print aesthetics.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Technical expertise in fabric construction.
  • Solid understanding of print layouts and repeat patterns.
  • Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, Kaledo, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this exempt position is between $75-85k, based on experience.
