Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design teams to innovate and develop seasonal print collections.
  • Digitally refine and enhance prints, including color adjustments, graphics, and texture mapping.
  • Modify print layouts to align with garment specifications for production.
  • Engage in communication with overseas textile mills regarding artwork development.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all artwork produced within the CAD division.
  • Analyze seasonal fashion trends and customer responses to inform print design.
  • Create print boards for presentation during showroom meetings.
  • Participate in Brand Concept and Strategy Meetings to support senior CAD artists.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in women's fashion.
  • Exceptional color and print sensibility.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Technical expertise in fabric construction.
  • Thorough understanding of print layouts and repetitions.
  • Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, Kaledo, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this exempt position is between $75-85k, based on experience.
