We are currently in search of a skilled print textile designer to enhance our creative team. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and preparing artwork for production
  • Creating comprehensive tech packages for factory-ready artwork
  • Refining hand-drawn designs for print applications
  • Indexing designs and executing color modifications
  • Adapting existing artwork to align with seasonal trends and tones
  • Generating colorway variations for targeted design categories
  • Producing original design concepts inspired by various sources

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in home fashion textile design
  • A degree in Textile Design or a related discipline is preferred
  • Extensive expertise in printed textiles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of artwork indexing and repeat creation
  • Proficiency in Photoshop (Illustrator knowledge is advantageous)
  • A strong color sense for developing colorways
  • Artistic skills in painting and drawing are beneficial
  • Experience with jacquard and woven textiles is a plus
  • Understanding of textile printing techniques is desirable
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing digital files and vendor data
  • A solid technical foundation in textile design
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivation and the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
