Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Print Designer to join our team at IHL Group, a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of women and children's apparel. As a Print Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and on-trend print designs for our sleepwear brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop print direction for our sleepwear brands and seasons.
  • Identify and stay ahead of trends in prints and graphics for contemporary sleepwear.
  • Create production-ready artwork and colorways based on research and trend direction.
  • Develop a range of design styles, including watercolor, pen sketch, and markers, as well as creating artwork in the computer.
  • Incorporate feedback from sales teams into design decisions.
  • Work effectively with various fabrications and printing techniques.
  • Communicate timelines and priorities to the team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent eye for color and print with a high level of taste.
  • At least 5 years of experience in print design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a growing company environment.
