Position Overview: The Retail Parts Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting technicians and retail parts customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers in selecting and purchasing necessary parts, highlighting promotions, and ensuring awareness of the complete product range.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of parts bins and shelves.
  • Ensure all charge sales are properly signed by customers.
  • Provide customers with the appropriate copy of their invoices.
  • Assist in the monthly return of parts.
  • Stay updated on new products and product enhancements.
  • Assess availability and relay necessary information for out-of-stock parts, securing approval for special or emergency orders from the Parts Manager.
  • Support the upkeep of the parts catalog, pricing schedules, and other technical documentation, including electronic cataloging.
  • Document and price parts on repair orders and shop tickets.
  • File daily invoices and purchase orders for the Parts Department.
  • Collaborate with technicians and Service Advisors to determine time requirements, ensuring customer timelines are met.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Two years of relevant experience in parts.
  • Proficient in 10-Key and/or Alpha-Numeric Data Entry.
  • Able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
