About the Role

The Retail Team Member will be a key player at our flagship location. As the face of our brand, you will focus on providing an exceptional experience for every visitor. We seek enthusiastic, friendly, and professional individuals who are ready to contribute to the vibrant Neighborhood Goods community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage effectively with customers, many of whom may be new to our unique concept.
  • Serve as brand ambassadors for our in-house and rotating brands, sharing product information and narrating each brand's story authentically.
  • Assist customers across various product categories with ease.
  • Encourage a sense of community within the store, connecting with both customers and fellow team members.
  • Ensure a smooth checkout process for all customers.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including receiving and tagging products.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing store environment.
  • Help coordinate in-store events and activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback and share insights with the Store General Manager.
