Bar Program Overview (subject to change)
  • Seating capacity of approximately 150
  • Service available for both lunch and dinner
  • Classic cocktail offerings

  • Non-alcoholic beverage options

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
  • Work shifts of 8+ hours, including potential opening and closing duties
  • Creation, maintenance, and updating of the beverage menu (including detailed documentation of drink recipes)
  • Training staff (including onboarding and regular training sessions)
  • Assisting with staff scheduling and leave management
  • Managing beverage inventory (ordering and conducting monthly inventory checks)
