Outside Parts Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team at North American Truck & Trailer, Inc.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As an Outside Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, dealerships, and other potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and product information.
- Product Promotion:
- Promote and sell a wide range of outside parts, including but not limited to headlights, tires, wheels, brake kits, and custom grilles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about competitors.
- Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay knowledgeable about the features and specifications of the products being sold.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients in selecting the right parts for their needs.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and sales transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automotive parts or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to provide technical information.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
