Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-volume Pizzeria location with a bustling events/catering. This position requires a hands-on, results-oriented leader dedicated to ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and a motivating team environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance, maintaining high standards in all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
  • Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of managers and crew members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work culture. Implement training programs that align with company standards to promote staff retention and growth.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience by maintaining fast, friendly, and accurate service in both the dining area and drive-thru.
  • Financial Management: Manage and monitor all financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss statements. Identify opportunities to improve revenue and control costs, meeting or exceeding financial goals.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures to ensure quality and freshness while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and company compliance standards are upheld, creating a clean, safe environment for both employees and guests. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive-Thru Efficiency: Focus on drive-thru performance, ensuring high-volume service meets speed and accuracy standards while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume QSR setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and maintaining a motivated, cohesive team.
  • Customer-Focused: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with a keen understanding of customer expectations in a busy QSR environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
