Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-volume Pizzeria location with a bustling events/catering. As a seasoned restaurant professional, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of managers and crew members, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss statements.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to promote staff retention and growth.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
  • Focus on drive-thru performance, ensuring high-volume service meets speed and accuracy standards while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume QSR setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and maintaining a motivated, cohesive team.
  • Customer-Focused: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with a keen understanding of customer expectations in a busy QSR environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
