Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to credit union policies and procedures.
- Assist members with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and completing other financial transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, promoting them to members and identifying opportunities to deepen their relationships with the credit union.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as credit union software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
