About the Position

This exciting opportunity for a Project Manager is based in our San Luis Obispo office, working on Healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Architecture, five or more years of experience designing and leading Healthcare architectural projects, and expertise in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams and coordinating design consultants
  • Ensuring quality control and compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinating the production of construction documents and drafting client proposals
  • Managing multiple projects and communicating effectively with clients

The salary for this role is estimated at $87,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, life/AD&D and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan with profit sharing.
