Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer - Healthcare to join our team. As an Architectural Designer - Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop planning and design concepts and support senior planners and architects on large projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, renderings, specifications, and design assignments under general supervision.
  • Research and propose materials and products for projects.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in construction administration activities, including responding to RFI's and preparing sketches and addendums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture or a related field.
  • LEED AP certification or eligibility to obtain it within a few years.
  • Experience working with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $77,000 to $94,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus.
