Key Responsibilities- Manage Multiple Pursuits: Lead and coordinate the production of multiple concurrent pursuits to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

- Edit and Refine Content: Synthesize complex information streams into compelling written responses and edit written content from the pursuit team to match our brand voice and professional style.
- Coach and Mentor: Coach project teams on presentation best practices to support winning in an interview setting.
- Support Business Goals: Support DLR Group's shortlist and win rate goals, with a strong conversion strategy and execution.
- Record and Analyze: Record discovered project and people information in our database to ensure institutional knowledge and develop a knowledge base to inform win strategies.
- Champion Our Brand: Champion DLR Group as a best-in-class brand by completing comprehensive quality control checks on materials.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with pursuit teams to produce and maintain an up-to-date library of on-brand pursuit materials and with graphic design teams to develop custom, on-brand visual assets.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with information gathering from a database, Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred).
- Eligibility: Eligibility to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
- Experience in AEC Industry: Experience leading a pursuit process to win work with private clients, including Fortune 500 companies, major hotel brands/flags, and commercial real estate developers.
- Government Experience: Experience leading successful SF330s and RFQ/P responses for government and public entities.
- Urgency and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a sense of urgency to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent deadlines and attention to detail to craft deliverables that comply with RFP requirements.
- Critical Thinking and Project Management: Critical thinker who can quickly evaluate needs and recommend responsive solutions and strong project and people management skills.
