About the Role

This is a full-time, direct hire position with a dynamic, employee-owned firm. As a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical engineering projects, designing power distribution and lighting systems, and preparing proposals and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects
  • Design power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems
  • Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and oversee resource planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subconsultants for low-voltage and electrical system integration
  • Perform QA/QC, field verifications, and construction administration
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10-15 years of experience in electrical design and project management. You will also need proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, Easypower, and knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes.

Preferred Qualifications

A PE License and RCDD certification are preferred but not required.

This role offers a competitive salary of $105K-$135K+ (negotiable for the right candidate) and a flexible work schedule with 4-day workweek options and half-day Fridays.
