Parking Business Development Manager Job Description

At ABM Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the parking industry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and present proposals to potential clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in parking sales or management
  • Detailed understanding of the parking industry and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in parking sales/operations
  • Proposal writing and RFP experience preferred
