Senior Business Development Manager

At ABM Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the parking industry
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in parking sales or management
- Detailed understanding of the parking industry and market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in parking sales/operations
- Proposal writing and RFP experience preferred
