Job Description

ADM is seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team in Decatur, IL or Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our Producer Origination desk, you will play a critical role in supporting our producer efforts and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in producer origination systems and platforms, staying up-to-date on new and upcoming technologies.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and technical solutions.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless system applications.
  • Lead marketing automation efforts from a data management standpoint, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' work experience in a technical role, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, data mining, and data extraction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
