Job Description

**Production Engineer Returnship**

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at ADM. As a Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing engineering support for our Cogeneration production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvements for all facets of operation and health and safety through direct contributions of project development from conception through start-up.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, tracking and understanding department costs, yields, quality and process performance.
  • Work with capital contractor management and the plant maintenance team for the completion of projects within the department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.S. in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree (either MBA or Engineering) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering within an industrial / manufacturing environment preferred.
  • 1+ years in direct supervision of people; supervisory experience in a union environment is a plus.
  • Financial valuation experience rationalizing and evaluating capital investments.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of steam production, water treatment, and power generation operations.
  • Experience in ADM PE, FEL, and WAVE systems is a plus.
