Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Specialist to join our team at Touchstone Health Services. This role will involve working with children aged 0-5, their caregivers, and teachers to provide coaching and support services.

The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education or a related field and experience working with children with behavioral challenges.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support services to children aged 0-5, their caregivers, and teachers
  • Develop and implement strategies to address challenging behaviors in children
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and develop strategies for supporting children with challenging behaviors
  • Assess and determine appropriate responses to child internal states
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Child Development, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children 0-5 with behavioral challenges
  • Valid AZ driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
