**Southwest Human Development: A Leader in Early Childhood Development**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a leader in early childhood development, we provide services that uplift the lives of children, families, and care providers in Arizona.

The successful candidate will have expertise in working with children ages birth to five with disabilities. Our team-based, transdisciplinary model provides evaluations and ongoing services to young children and families. Services are provided in clinics, client's homes, and community settings within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Telehealth is also a service option for those living in rural areas.

This role involves conducting screening and assessment activities with children on designated caseloads, integrating information gathered from various sources, and planning and providing speech therapy services that are family-centered and reflect developmentally appropriate practice.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, be licensed as a speech therapist in Arizona, and have a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience serving children. Experience working with children with feeding difficulties and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
