About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Southwest Human Development Inc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth, fostering a love of learning and curiosity about the world around them.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional development, physical activity, and restful play.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and interests of children from birth to five years old.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively and respectfully to ensure a collaborative and supportive team approach.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records as required by regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
