Responsibilities
As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing common areas and individual units, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
  • Washing windows and maintaining cleanliness at accessible heights as needed.
  • Ensuring utility and storage areas are organized and tidy.
  • Disinfecting tools and equipment to uphold safety standards.
  • Restocking cleaning supplies on service carts.
  • Managing waste disposal by emptying bins and transporting refuse to designated areas.
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff to keep outdoor waste areas clean.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience is necessary.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and memos.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
