Position Summary

Unique Homes & Lumber is a prominent provider of residential and commercial cleaning services, dedicated to maintaining pristine environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness in public spaces and client residences, including restrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furnishings, and communal areas.

Conduct window cleaning at accessible heights as needed throughout the premises.

  • Ensure utility and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Sanitize and disinfect tools and materials.
  • Prepare cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
  • Dispose of waste and transport refuse to designated areas.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to keep waste disposal areas tidy.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications
No prior experience required.

  • Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules as needed.
  • Availability on weekends may be necessary.
