Specific Qualifications
Qualifications:
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately. Experience: Proven experience in residential electrical work is essential. Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check. Driving Record: Clean driving history is required with valid driver's license. Travel: Willingness to travel within the Washington, DE Metro area as required for various projects. Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adhere to company-specific methods and standards. Attitude: Positive and professional attitude with a proactive approach to work. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and dedication to high-quality workmanship. Career-Oriented: Motivated and career-focused, with a desire for long-term growth within the company. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. NEC Knowledge: Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and regulations. Safety Training: Completion of safety training programs such as OSHA 10 required. Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.License Required
