Key Responsibilities

  6. Contract Management and Performance: Manage all aspects of client contracts, ensuring ongoing contract performance, risk management, and adherence to client requirements.
  7. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor account managers, providing ongoing feedback and support to drive team success.
Requirements
  1. College degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. 3 or more years in client or account management roles.
  3. Exceptionally high emotional intelligence, with the ability to connect with diverse constituents, actively listen, and identify key areas of sensitivity.
  4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including at the C-level.
  5. Ability to creatively solve problems in an ever-changing and growing environment.
