Job Overview

Position Summary:

Kreation Juicery Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in our health-focused establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through a customer-first approach, teamwork, and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Mentor and enhance team performance to maximize sales potential, setting clear objectives for all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards regarding store and employee presentation.
  • Facilitate customer enrollment in our Loyalty Program.
  • Assist in recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier team members.
  • Oversee training and certification processes for all staff members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage operational efficiency.
  • Exemplify Kreation's service standards through personal conduct.
  • Maintain store equipment and appearance to meet company expectations.
  • Achieve objectives related to sales, service quality, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in the restaurant or food service industry
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Passion and knowledge in health and wellness are advantageous
  • Ability to foster customer relationships and provide outstanding service
  • Adaptability to new procedures and shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality is preferred
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
  • Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
