Sales Account Executive

We're seeking a strategic and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team in Phoenix. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for the Phoenix market, identifying target market business, and accumulating business to meet budget goals.

You'll cultivate relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, or meetings, and go above and beyond to ensure feelings of trust with new partnerships. You'll also identify the needs of current clients and their markets to build relationships to service their staffing needs accordingly.

Work side-by-side with a team of recruiters to service local clients with candidates by filling their open positions. Drive accountability in team members to efficiently utilize our sourcing tools and systems to find and attract the best candidates for the appropriate positions.

Strategize and implement creative processes for daily operations. Requirements include 2+ years of staffing/recruiting industry experience, 2+ years proven experience in new business development, account management, and sales required.

Salary: $60,000/year (plus commission and quarterly bonuses based on achieved metrics). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision for you and your family, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability for you, 9 paid holidays, 17 days PTO, retirement savings, 401K match, and HSA match.
