Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including apartments, common areas, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Perform property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, including outside vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and company safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and utility providers as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a multi-family apartment community.
  • Familiarity with and experience using a Make Ready Board.
  • Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Pool and spa maintenance experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong team player.
  • Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Yardi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Pool License a plus.
