Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee the mechanical areas of our club facility and grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the club facilities and grounds are always neat, clean, and presentable. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
