Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AM Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Country Club at DC Ranch. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing routine inspections.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines, plumbing, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and high-pressure misting systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license required.
