We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Country Club at DC Ranch. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our club facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime and ensure safety
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve facility maintenance goals

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role
  • Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines, plumbing, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and high-pressure misting systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (training provided)
Work Schedule:

Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Typical shift for AM Maintenance Engineer is 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
