Instructional Specialist for Students with Special Needs

ProCare Therapy, a leading educational staffing agency, is seeking passionate and dedicated Instructional Specialists to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs.
Estimated Salary Range$35-40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs to promote academic and social growth.
- Provide specialized instruction and support to help students achieve their goals, using diverse teaching methods and materials tailored to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing learning environment that fosters student success and well-being.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- ACTIVE Intervention Specialist Licensure in the state of OH.
- Certificate with SLD, CD Validation.
- Prior experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
