About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Analogic. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Management: Assist with various compensation matters, including acting as the go-to support arm for HR Business Partners on the annual merit cycle, supporting decision-making on promotional and new hire salary recommendations, and conducting compensation market research as needed.
  • Benefits Administration: Support annual benefits renewals, enhance benefits communications, and research benefits vendors. Act as the primary contact for employees with benefits-related questions.
  • Leave Management: Administer leaves of absence, ensure compliance with leave laws, and communicate leave processes to employees and managers.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with preparing and submitting employment practice reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • HRIS Support: Learn and become proficient in the UKG HRIS to provide support on reporting and HR metrics and analytics. Act as a backup to the HRIS Subject Matter Expert.
  • Special Projects: Support HR projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Operations or similar HR role, with strong knowledge in compensation, as well as experience with benefits and leave management, HRIS, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Understanding of HR laws and regulations, especially as it pertains to compensation and benefits.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including effective interpersonal skills working across all levels of an organization.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience with UKG is a strong plus.
