Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and requests
  • Process employment changes and maintain accurate records
  • Update and maintain company organizational charts
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and separation processes
  • Manage employee benefits filing systems and ensure accurate payroll deductions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR team

Requirements:

  • Basic technology skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills and sense of urgency
