Clinical Resource Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room - Plastics department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of safe and effective surgical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the Operating Room - Plastics department.
- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of patients undergoing plastic surgery procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize departmental efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, best practices, and technological advancements in plastic surgery and perioperative care.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in the Operating Room or Plastic Surgery department.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull medium-heavy equipment and supplies, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
