About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will partner with our Product, Account Management, and various cross-functional teams to assist merchants and partners in designing and implementing innovative commerce solutions that seamlessly integrate with TikTok's platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for onboarding key merchants in collaboration with Product and Business Development teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key account merchants, guiding them in designing architectural solutions that integrate their internal systems with the TikTok platform to enhance commerce operations.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Collect insights and market feedback to inform product roadmaps and scale best practices for long-term success.
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, solution architecture, or related fields serving large enterprises.
  • In-depth understanding of the commerce ecosystem and architecture, with expert knowledge of system integration.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps and support process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
