Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Reporting Analyst to join our Performance Measurement, Analytics and Reporting (PMAR) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing investment data to support the day-to-day needs of the business.

Your primary focus will be on calculating, reviewing, and verifying performance data to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will also interact with internal stakeholders to resolve errors and maintain systems and databases by following departmental procedures.

In addition, you will use statistical tools to identify and analyze anomalies and patterns in complex data sets, and assist in the construction and maintenance of composites in compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards.

Other responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to streamline existing business processes, interacting with clients to research and resolve queries, and actively participating in special projects and process improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, as well as strong exposure to analyzing large quantities of data and advanced Excel skills.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is an advantage, as is expertise in using data sourcing and analysis tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, SAS, or R.

We are looking for a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude who can overcome challenges and barriers, and who is proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

As a full-time employee, you will work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of three days per week in the office and two days working remotely.
