The Desktop Support Specialist must excel in customer service, providing assistance to non-technical staff with utmost professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in Desktop support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- Experience with O365.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Printer and hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Mandatory experience with Teams conference room hardware.
- Understanding of VPN technology.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Core Competencies:
1) Intermediate experience (2-4 years) in installing and supporting Windows 10 software.
2) Expertise in Teams Meeting Room technology (AV and hardware for Microsoft Teams conference rooms) is required.
3) Proficient in supporting Microsoft software/applications and enterprise solutions.
4) Experience with Active Directory support.
