Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personnel records and benefits information.
  • Communication: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other plant personnel, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining files.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other related tasks.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training and development programs for employees.
  • Recruiting and Hiring: Assist with recruiting and hiring processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods; ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Working Conditions:
