Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide personal care services to patients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, and perform various tasks as outlined in their care plan.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Perform various tasks as outlined in the patient's care plan, such as taking vital signs and assisting with exercise
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Document patient care and report any changes or concerns to the assigned nurse supervisor
Requirements
  • Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care given
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
  • PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Successful completion of Maxim screening examinations
  • Participation and completion of Maxim's competency program
