Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and training to clients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
