- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of electrical technicians and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks on project sites, ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with company safety policies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard and that all parties are informed of project progress.
- Estimating and Bidding: Prepare and submit estimates and bids for electrical projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for and that projects are completed within budget.
- Production and Productivity: Monitor and control the productivity of electrical technicians and supervisors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current driver's license and applicable federal, state, and local licenses and certifications.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of electrical technicians and supervisors.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
