Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Watson Electrical Construction Company LLC. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of jobs and work orders, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Supervise and train electrical crews, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide feedback to employees and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost reports, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct electrical crews.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in other challenging environments.
Working Conditions

The Electrical Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites. The position requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in other challenging environments. The Electrical Supervisor must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb ladders and scaffolding.
