Compensation Details

Hourly Rate: $18.74 plus an additional $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts.

Available Shifts:

  • Weekend Shifts: 2 daytime and 1 evening shift (female only)
  • Early Morning Shift: 6am-2pm (female only)
  • Day Shift: 1 shift (female only)
  • Evening Shifts: 9 shifts available (1 shift female only)

Role Overview

As a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Community Living Department, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents in daily living activities and life skills.
  • Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
  • Providing personal care and administering medications as required.
  • Facilitating transportation for residents when necessary.

Work Schedule

We are seeking candidates to fill various shifts throughout the week and on weekends.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, and other required training.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to lift and maneuver at least 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing and perform various physical tasks.
  • Skills to assist individuals with mobility needs.
